HKG-Japan Osaka Tickets Terms and Conditions:
The ticket redemption period is from February 11, 2026, to April 30, 2026 (both dates inclusive).
The travel period is from February 23, 2026, to June 30, 2026 (excluding blackout dates), and is subject to seat availability on the selected flights with stay period of a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days.
Blackout period are: March 29 – 8 April 2026, 30 April – 3 May 2026, 18 – 22 June 2026.
The ticket redemption is only applicable for booking of an economy class round-trip flight ticket for the destination based on the prize that the eligible customer is entitled in the Promotion (Osaka, Japan) and is subject to seat availability of the preferred travel dates.
Passenger must be at the age of 12 or above.
Ticket is only applicable for the flight departing from Hong Kong to Osaka and is marketed and operated by Hong Kong Express (UO) / Hong Kong Airline (HX) / Greater Bay Airline (HB). Passengers cannot select the preferred operators and travel time. Redemption is subjected to seat availability of preferred travel dates.
A checked-in luggage is included.
Ticket price excludes all applicable government and airport taxes/fees/charges, passenger fuel surcharge and carrier surcharges, and additional check-in baggage. The relevant fees and charges should be settled by the passenger.
Redemption must be done at least 10 working days before flight departure.

Only one redemption code can be used for redemption, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent neither.
Any unused services, refund is not applicable and not valid for exchange of other services. Any expired or invalid redemption code will not be re-issued.
Once the redemption is confirmed, refund, rebook or amendment is not allowed.
You must not store the redemption Code in a data retrieval system outside of this website; or reproduce, copy, change or publish the redemption Code in any form or by any means; or misuse redemption Code. Any of the foregoing acts is a violation of the terms and conditions of redemption Code, which may result in the rejection or cancellation of the relevant redemption Code. All consequences, losses and/or damages shall be borne by you, hutchgo.com will not be responsible or bear any legal responsibility.
If the flight ticket bookings redeemed fails to depart or stay due to any force majeure factors (such as flight cancellation, rescheduling, failure to leave the country or compulsory quarantine caused by the pandemic), hutchgo is not responsible for any loss and will not make any refund or compensation of the redemption code used.
Passenger is advised to check with the latest Government outbound/inbound travel alert or immigration restrictions for both departure/arrival destinations before planning the trip, including but not limited to those measures in relation to COVID-19. Passenger acknowledges that such measures may be adopted rapidly which sometimes occur during the travel.
Passenger is reminded to comply with the immigration rules and regulations concerning the conditions of stay in destination(s) and/or transfer.
