- This package is not applicable to pregnant clients.
- If you are pregnant and wish to have a health assessment, please consult your general practitioner or obstetrician-gynecologist first.
- Pregnant clients should avoid X-ray examinations.
- If a transvaginal pelvic ultrasound is required during pregnancy, please make a decision only after fully discussing it with your attending physician and the ultrasound technician.
The day before the assessment

Medications

Continue regular medications; ideally take them at least 2 hours before the assessment starts.

If you use diabetes medications—especially sulfonylureas—or insulin, consult your doctor in advance for dosing guidance.

I. Health Check-up Appointment Guidelines
After the customer receives the order confirmation email sent by health.ESDlife, the medical centre will call the customer within 1–2 working days during office hours to schedule the appointment time and location. Customers may also contact the medical centre at least one working day in advance to make an appointment (Phone: +86 15901725773; WeChat: 15901725773).
Upon arrival, the medical centre staff will verify the customer’s name, date of birth, mobile number, and the order confirmation email from health.ESDlife.
If rescheduling is needed, please contact the medical centre at least one working day in advance (Phone: +86 15901725773; WeChat: 15901725773).
The validity period of the health check-up plan is 3 months. Customers must complete the check-up within 3 months from the payment confirmation date; otherwise, the plan will be void.
If the attending doctor does not speak Cantonese, the medical centre can arrange medical staff to provide translation services.
If there is any inconsistency among the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page and the check-up plan page, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
II. Report Collection and Explanation
Customers may confirm the preferred report language on the check-up day (Simplified Chinese is available).
Health check-up reports will be completed within 10 working days after the check-up. Customers may access their reports through the following methods:
