*This transaction is subjected to a doctor's assessment to determine suitability. If the doctor's assessment determines that the client is not suitable for an endoscopy, first doctor's consultation fee of $600 will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
**This price does not include the cost of polyp removal and biopsy.
Polyp Removal and Biopsy Fees:
The final price of the endoscopy will depend on the results of the examination (i.e., the number of polyps removed, and biopsies taken during the examination). The client will pay the difference at our center after the examination:
- O.G.D. - $1,800 (1-3 polyps, within 2 Bot)
*If the number of polyps exceeds expectations as determined by the doctor, the laboratory services fee will be further quoted.

Information for Endoscopy
- Fasting
. For gastroscopy cases, no eating and drinking for at least 6 hours before the procedure. - Please inform your doctor if you are taking regular medications such as antiplatelet (e.g. aspirin), anticoagulant, iron supplement or diabetic drugs etc.
- Please not take diabetic oral drugs or injections in the morning of the procedure.
- Please inform our staff before examination if you are or might be pregnant.
- Please arrive at the centre 1 hour before the procedure.
- Please wear casual attire and avoid wearing contact lens or metallic accessories, please do not bring valuables. You may be asked to change into a gown before the procedure.
- Please bring your identity documents, appointment letter and insurance claim
forms with you if required. - As sedation or anaesthesia is usually given, you must not drive, operate machinery, sign legal documents, drink alcohol or take sleeping pills on the same day after the procedure.
- It usually takes 1 to 2 hours to be monitored and recover from the sedation or anaesthesia.
- In case of clinical emergency, urgent transfer to a public hospital emergency department will be arranged by your doctor or other health care professionals.
- You must be accompanied by an adult when leaving after the procedure for safety reasons.
Terms and Conditions for Ordering the Health Checkup Plan
After the successful payment, the customer will receive a confirmation email from health.ESDlife. Within 2 working days, the customer will be contacted by KPM Healthcare Centre to confirm the booking date and location.

Applicable Age
The health checkup plan is only applicable to individuals aged 18 or above.
Validity
The health checkup plan is valid for twelve months from the date of payment confirmation. The customer must complete the relevant health checkup service within this period. It is recommended that reservations be made at least one month in advance. The plan will be considered invalid if the twelve month period is exceeded.
Report
Under normal circumstances, all medical reports will be available within 7-10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). However, processing may take longer in certain cases, such as when specific laboratory items require additional time for testing or when customers request a particular
time for report explanation.
Report Collection Methods:
(1) Face-to-face report explanation with self-pick up: Visit the center in person to hear the report and collect it directly.
(2) Report explanation by phone with self-pick up: Receive the report explanation via phone, then pick up the report in person or authorize a person to collect it on your behalf.
(3) Report explanation by phone with courier delivery: Receive the report explanation via phone, and have the report sent by courier. (The customer shall bear the cost and risk associated with courier delivery.)

Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Public Holidays: Closed
Notes
1. Customers must present their HKID card or passport together with the order confirmation or email on the day of the appointment to verify their identity.
2. If customer has already completed a report explanation, either face-to face or by phone, and requests another explanation, an additional general practitioner consultation fee of HK$600 will be charged.
3. If a customer does not collect their report within 3 months after the date of the examination, all reports will be destroyed and no copies will be retained. Should a customer request a copy of the report, the center will charge the relevant administrative fees according to the types and item of medical records. Please note that copies of the report may not always be complete.
4. All physical examinations are not intended for medical diagnosis or therapeutic purpose; the reports are provided for reference only. Customers are advised to consult a doctor if necessary.
5. In the event of any dispute, health.ESDlife and KPM Healthcare Centre reserve the right of final decision.
