Taipei Tickets Terms and Conditions:
1. The Redemption Period for the redemption code is from Now – 30 April 2026 (both days inclusive). 2. Travel Period is from Now – 30 June 2026 (both dates inclusive and including blackout period), and is subject to seat availability on the selected flights. 3. Blackout period is: 13-20 February 2026, 29 Mar – 8 Apr 2026, 30 Apr – 3 May 2026, 18 – 22 Jun 2026 4. The ticket redemption is only applicable for booking of an economy class round-trip flight ticket for the destination based on the prize that the eligible customer is entitled in the Promotion (Taipei) and is subject to seat availability of the preferred travel dates. 5. Passenger must be at the age of 12 or above. 6. Ticket is only applicable for the flight departing from Hong Kong to Taipei and is marketed and operated by Starlux Airlines (JX). Passengers cannot select the preferred operators and travel time. Redemption is subjected to seat availability of preferred travel dates. 7. A checked-in luggage is included. 8. Ticket price excludes all applicable government and airport taxes/fees/charges, passenger fuel surcharge and carrier surcharges, and additional check-in baggage. The relevant fees and charges should be settled by the passenger. 9. It is recommended to redeem flight tickets at least 3–5 working days before the flight departure. 10. After receiving confirmation email from health.ESDlife, the health centre will call customer to schedule the appointment within 1 to 3 working days (Booking/Inquiry: 2523 8308).
Customers must present their identity cards and show the order confirmation letters upon registration.
No refund is allowed once the order has been confirmed.
Under normal circumstances, the medical examination report would be ready in within 14 working days. The health centre will call the customer to schedule an appointment to listen to the report.
No changes are allowed on the optional items once the appointment is made.
Additional / optional items are only applicable after selecting the check up plan and for the same person.
Life Young Health reserves the right to change or terminate any or all of the above offers without prior notice.

Under normal circumstances, all medical reports will be ready around 7-14 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holiday)(Designated sexual health plans report time, please refer to product pages correspondingly).
