Once this premium item is selected, no change or substitution is permitted for any reason (including fuel surcharges or personal travel reasons).
1. The ticket redemption period is from today until October 30, 2026 (both dates inclusive). 2. The travel period is from today until December 11, 2026 (excluding blackout dates), and is subject to seat availability on the selected flights with stay period of a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days. 3. Blackout period are: 11 Jul – 30 Aug 2026, 24 Sep – 8 Oct 2026, 16–19 Oct 2026, 12–31 Dec 2026. 4. The ticket redemption is only applicable for booking of an economy class round-trip flight ticket for the destination based on the prize that the eligible customer is entitled in the Promotion (Taipei) and is subject to seat availability of the preferred travel dates. 5. Passenger must be at the age of 12 or above. 6. Ticket is only applicable for the flight departing from Hong Kong to Taipei and is marketed and operated by Hong Kong Airline (HX) / Greater Bay Airline (HB). Passengers cannot select the preferred operators and travel time. Redemption is subjected to seat availability of preferred travel dates. 7. A checked-in luggage is included. 8. After receiving confirmation email from health.ESDlife, the health centre will call customer to schedule the appointment within 1 to 3 working days (Booking/Inquiry: 2523 8308).
Customers must present their identity cards and show the order confirmation letters upon registration.
No refund is allowed once the order has been confirmed.
Under normal circumstances, the medical examination report would be ready in within 14 working days. The health centre will call the customer to schedule an appointment to listen to the report.
No changes are allowed on the optional items once the appointment is made.
Additional / optional items are only applicable after selecting the check up plan and for the same person.
Life Young Health reserves the right to change or terminate any or all of the above offers without prior notice.
