Life Young Kids Health Check
A comprehensive basic health check designed for children, covering physical examination, vision test, blood group, complete blood picture, diabetes screening, renal and liver function, lipid profile, bone health, hepatitis B screening, as well as urine and stool routine tests.
This plan includes physical examination (blood pressure, pulse, height, weight, BMI), vision examination (colour blindness test, visual acuity), blood group and Rh(D) factor, complete blood picture (CBP), fasting glucose, renal function (creatinine), liver function (AST/SGOT), lipid profile (triglycerides, total cholesterol, HDL, LDL), bone health (25-OH Vitamin D, calcium), hepatitis B surface antibody (HBsAb), stool routine and comprehensive urinalysis.
Life Young Health Terms and Conditions:
- After receiving confirmation email from health.ESDlife, the health centre will call customer to schedule the appointment within 1 to 3 working days (Booking/Inquiry: 2523 8308).
- Customers must present their identity cards and show the order confirmation letters upon registration.
- No refund is allowed once the order has been confirmed.
- Under normal circumstances, the medical examination report would be ready in within 14 working days. The health centre will call the customer to schedule an appointment to listen to the report.
- No changes are allowed on the optional items once the appointment is made.
- Additional / optional items are only applicable after selecting the check up plan and for the same person.
- Life Young Health reserves the right to change or terminate any or all of the above offers without prior notice.
- In case of dispute, health.ESDlife and Life Young Healthcare Limited reserves the right of final decision.
Using Health Care Voucher
If you wish to use the Health Care Voucher for payment, please contact health.ESDlife before placing your order, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
Age
Health check up plan is applicable to people aged 18 or above only.
Validity
Health check package's validity is 12 months from the date of purchase. Registration must be completed within 12 months.
Report
Under normal circumstances, all medical reports will be ready around 7-14 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holiday)(Designated sexual health plans report time, please refer to product pages correspondingly).
Self collect for Face to Face Explanation

Doctor Explanation of Report :
Tuesday to Thursday (9 am to 1:00pm) , Saturday (9 am to 1:00pm)
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3:00- 6:00 p.m.
Disclaimers:
- All medical records will be destroyed after 3 months. Extra administration fee may be charged for additional copies (to be negotiate).
- All tests are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment. If there is an abnormality in the report that requires a referral letter, there will be no additional fee charged.
- If individuals have special medical needs, Life Young Health reserves the right to impose additional fees according to the circumstances.

- In case of any dispute, the decision of health.ESDlife and Life Young Health should be final.
- If any incomplete test items on the examination days, for example, urine and stool tests, please submit the sample and complete within 1 month.
