Health Checkup Package Validity
Health Checkup Package with 3 Months validity ONLY (Counting from the date of payment confirmation) The package will become invalid after 3 months.
Report Under normal circumstances, all examination reports will be ready around 7-10 working days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holiday. For designated sexual health plans, please refer to the respective product pages for specific report timelines.
Possible Delays
Please note that certain requests may require additional processing time due to the following reasons:
Re-testing Requirements: Occasionally, samples may need to be re-tested due to inconclusive or borderline results, which can extend the reporting timeline.
Specialist Review: Certain tests require evaluation by specialist consultants or pathologists, which may add time depending on availability.
Incomplete or Incorrect Sample Submission: If a sample is insufficient, mislabeled, or improperly collected, follow-up may be needed before testing can proceed.
Technical or Equipment Issues: Unexpected maintenance or calibration of lab equipment may temporarily affect processing speed.
Local / Oversea customers (Choose either one) 1. Face-to-Face Explanation during second consultation.
Posting of medical report. Letter of authorization is signed before the checkup and no second consultation will be arranged.

Remarks:
All health check packages include doctor consultation before and after after the testing. Additional charges needed for further consultation, medication or other procedures
All medical records will be destroyed after 3 months. Any request for copy of report within first 3 years, please note an administration fee of $300 will be charged and for additional charge of $10 each page of the report.
Customers shall bear full responsibility for any risks associated with the mailing of reports.
