Product Introduction
Propolis is a viscous substance collected by bees from the tender buds, leaves, flower buds and bark of trees, mixed with bee saliva, beeswax and pollen. Bees apply it to the inner wall and cracks of the hive to clean and disinfect, block the invasion of toxins, and have antiseptic effects, keeping the hive sterile.
Australia is a country rich in eucalyptus trees, providing excellent conditions for bees to collect high-quality propolis. AUSupreme Propolis capsules are made with Australian propolis and are available in different doses of 500 mg, 1000 mg and 2000 mg to meet the health needs of different people.
Scientific Research Evidence
1. Regulating the Immune System*[1]
A systematic review literature reviewed the latest research results on the regulation of the immune system by propolis and its components and evaluated its possible mechanisms. The literature pointed out that propolis or its components alone or in combination may be promising in manipulating immune responses and inducing immune regulation. When the human immune system is poor, propolis can be used as an effective natural nutritional supplement to regulate the immune system.

2. Strong antibacterial effect*[2]
In a scientific report describing the antibacterial activity of propolis, the effects of propolis on more than 600 bacterial strains were analyzed. The results showed that propolis has significant broad-spectrum antibacterial properties.
