體檢報告發出後，貴公司完全沒有跟進，照肺片X光，由於自己不會看，同埋是說明會由醫護講解其報告內容，但一直未有聯絡，多次打電話去查詢亦只為我填寫幫我跟進，最後等了一星期多，亦頻繁致電幾次電話，最後有其中同事回覆，你報告內容醫生評語就是講解內容，只跟你說一句睇份報告OK既不用擔心。讓自己感覺做了身體檢查後亦不了解自己的身體。

After the customer completed payment from health.ESDlife, customers can call for an appointment to center 1 business days after (Call: 2156 5857 / Whatsapp: 5726 4497 - Business Hour)
The e-report will be sent by email in 14 business days after the service.(Report will be delay when rainstorm warning or tropical cyclone signal issued by the Hong Kong Observatory)
Starting from Sep 1, 2021, customer MUST redeem the service within 3 months once the payment is confirmed. Invalid exceeds the period.
Injection will be done by registered nurse.
The above items are only applicable to 1 person and can only be used once (exclude 2 person plan). They are not redeemable for cash and cannot be converted into other products and services.
The customer must show a valid supporting document for registration before enjoying the service.
