I. Instructions for scheduling a physical examination

After receiving the order confirmation email from health.ESDlife, the Shenzhen Aoluorui Comprehensive Clinic will contact the customer within 1-2 business days during office hours to schedule the physical examination time and location. Customers can also make an appointment at least one day in advance by contacting the Shenzhen Aoluorui Comprehensive Clinic (Tel: +86 0755 25109659, WeChat: LagunaShaw ). Upon arrival, staff at the Shenzhen Aoluorui Comprehensive Clinic will verify the customer's name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and the order confirmation email from health.ESDlife to confirm their identity. For order rescheduling, please contact the Shenzhen Aoluorui Comprehensive Clinic at least one day in advance (Tel: +86 0755 25109659, WeChat: LagunaShaw ). The physical examination plan is valid for 3 months; the customer must undergo the examination within 3 months (starting from the payment confirmation date), otherwise it will be invalid.
During the physical examination, if the doctor does not speak Cantonese, Aolori Comprehensive Clinic can arrange for medical staff to accompany and provide translation services.
If there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page and the physical examination plan page, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.

II. Report Collection and Explanation

The medical examination report is in Simplified Chinese. The report will be completed within 1-7 days after the examination and will be sent to the client via WeChat/email/mail. Clients can choose the following methods to view the report: Provide your email address; Shenzhen Aolori Comprehensive Clinic will send the report to your email address after completion. Provide your mailing address; Shenzhen Aolori Comprehensive Clinic will mail the report after completion, with postage to be paid upon delivery (delivery to Hong Kong and Macau is available). Pick up the report at the medical examination center after completion. Search for the WeChat official account "Shenzhen Aolori Comprehensive Clinic," click Online Services—Personal Center (enter your registered name and contact number)—Examination and Test Results to check the results.

After the medical examination report is issued, you can schedule an appointment to have the doctor explain the report. Clients can choose from the following channels:

Telephone video consultation: Please book at least one day in advance for a specific time (contact number: +86 0755 25109659, WeChat: LagunaShaw ). The doctor will contact you at the scheduled time.
In-person consultation: Please book at least one day in advance for a specific time (contact number: +86 0755 25109659, WeChat: LagunaShaw ). At the appointed time, please arrive at the medical examination center for a face-to-face consultation with the doctor.
