1. This examination needs to be carried out at the Nanshan Shekou Clinic: Unit A, 5th Floor,Tower A,Wanrong Building,Nanhai Rd & Gongye 4th Rd,Nanshan District,Shenzhen. Other centers currently do not have this service
2. Once the service package is activated, any unused services or examination items due to personal reasons will not be discounted or refunded, nor can they be exchanged for other services.
3. A doctor's assessment is required before undergoing this examination. After purchasing this package, Shenzhen Distinct Healthcare will send an online survey questionnaire (customers can choose WhatsApp or email to receive the questionnaire link when contacted by the staff) to assess whether the customer is suitable for the examination (The online questionnaire will directly affect the assessment results, so please be sure to fill it out according to the true situation. Please note that customers aged 60 and above must provide an electrocardiogram report). If the customer is unable to complete the online assessment, they may choose to schedule an in-person evaluation at Shenzhen Distinct Healthcare, for which an additional examination fee of 500 RMB will be charged (pay directly to Shenzhen Distinct Healthcare).
4. Customers must go to Shenzhen Discitnct Healthcare to receive bowel preparation medicine 1 day before the appointment for examination.
5. The final price for the endoscopy is determined based on the results of the examination. If additional examinations or treatments are required during the endoscopy, the doctor will usually proceed with the necessary procedures for your health. The costs associated with these endoscopic operations and the use of instruments are not included in the package and must be settled separately. For details of the additional charges, please refer to the table below. Any extra fees incurred will be paid directly by the client to the health check-up center.. Shenzhen Distinct Healthcare accepts credit cards (Visa, Master, JCB), debit cards, Alipay, WeChat, AlipayHK, and WeChatHK payments (settled according to the exchange rate on the day of payment). If the customer prefers to pay in cash, only RMB will be accepted. (Note: Based on the customer's physical condition, if encountering polyps that are large in diameter or difficult to handle, Shenzhen Distinct Healthcare will not handle them directly during the examination. Instead, the situation will be explained in the report, and treatment recommendations will be provide.)

1. Discontinue iron supplements 3 days prior to the examination and avoid foods containing seeds.
2. Do not consume red or purple foods and liquids the day before the examination (rice porridge, noodles, and pasta are acceptable).
3. Stop consuming fried, high-fat, and meat products at least 8 hours before the examination. Stop eating solid foods and dairy products at least 6 hours before the examination. Stop drinking water and all liquids at least 2 hours before the examination.
4. Painless gastroscopy/colonoscopy requires general intravenous anesthesia. For safety reasons, a family member must accompany the patient. The patient should not drive for 24 hours after the procedure.
5. Do not wear contact lenses or any jewelry during the examination, and remove nail polish in advance.
6. If you have taken any medications recently, please inform the doctor.

Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy (Double Scope) Examination Procedure

• Colonoscopy Procedure.

  2. The endoscope is inserted through the patient's anus to conduct a thorough examination of the large intestine.
  3. The entire process takes about 15-45 minutes.
• Gastroscopy Procedure

  2. The endoscope is inserted through the mouth, passing through the esophagus, stomach, and into the duodenum for inspection.
  3. The entire process takes about 10-15 minutes.

• After receiving the email confirming successful payment from Health.ESDlife, Shenzhen Distinct Healthcare will contact the customer to schedule the time and location for the body check within 1-2 working days during office hours. Customers can also make an appointment by calling the Hong Kong Customer Manager Office of Shenzhen Distinct Healthcare at least one day in advance (Contact Number: +852 5168 9180).
• Upon arrival, the staff of Shenzhen Distinct Healthcare will verify the customer's name, date of birth, mobile number, and the email confirming successful appointment from esdlife.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule an order, please contact +852 5168 9180 [Phone or WhatsApp] at least one day in advance.
• The customer must make an appointment to visit the store within 3 months after purchasing on the platform, otherwise it will be void.
• If the  doctor does not speak Cantonese, Shenzhen Distinct Healthcare can arrange for medical staff to accompany and provide translation services.
