The day before the assessment

Do not eat or drink after 10:00 pm.

You may drink a small amount of plain water (no more than 200 ml).

On the assessment day

Do not eat or drink until the assessment is completed.

You may sip plain water (no more than 200 ml).
Medications
-
Continue regular medications; ideally take them at least 2 hours before the assessment starts.

If you use diabetes medications—especially sulfonylureas—or insulin, consult your doctor in advance for dosing guidance.
-
If clinically appropriate, consider pausing the above diabetes medications on the morning of the assessment.
Helicobacter pylori test

Do not eat or drink within 1 hour before the test.
-
If you have been taking antacids or antibiotics: stop antacids (including bismuth preparations) 2 weeks before the test, and stop antibiotics 4 weeks before the test.
Notes for male clients (PSA test)

For PSA testing, avoid strenuous exercise and any ejaculation (sexual intercourse or masturbation) within 48 hours before the test.

Avoid PSA testing within 1 week after a digital rectal exam or within 6 weeks after a prostate biopsy.
I. Health Check-up Appointment Instructions
After the customer receives the order confirmation email sent by health.ESDlife, the medical center will contact the customer by phone within 1–2 business days during office hours to schedule the health check-up time and location. Customers may also contact the medical center at least one business day in advance to make an appointment (Phone: +86 13699809287; WeChat: lidong307).
Upon arrival at the center, staff will verify the customer’s name, date of birth, mobile number, and the health.ESDlife order confirmation email.
If the appointment needs to be rescheduled, please contact the medical center at least one business day in advance (Phone: +86 13699809287; WeChat: lidong307).
The health check-up plan is valid for 3 months. Customers must complete the check-up within 3 months from the payment confirmation date; otherwise, the order will be void.
During the check-up, if the doctor does not speak Cantonese, the medical center can arrange medical staff to provide translation services.
In case of any discrepancies among the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English versions of the merchant page or health check-up plan page, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
II. Health Check-up Report Collection and Explanation
- The health check-up report will be in Simplified Chinese.
- Reports will be completed within 10 business days after the check-up. Customers can choose one of the following methods to receive the report:
- Provide an email address – the medical center will send the report to the customer’s email once completed.
- Provide a mailing address – the medical center will mail the report upon completion, with postage paid on delivery (available for Hong Kong and Macau).
After the report is completed, customers can schedule a doctor’s explanation via:
