After receiving a confirmation email of successful payment from health.ESDlife, Shenzhen Pengcheng Dental will contact the customer via WhatsApp within 1-2 working days to schedule a dental service appointment.Customers can refer to the following methods to contact customer service themselves.

Service Notes
Most medical staff at Shenzhen Pengcheng Dental can speak Cantonese. If the attending medical staff cannot speak Cantonese, other staff members will provide translation services. Customers must present their ID and order confirmation letter on the appointment day to verify their identity. The purchased dental service is valid for 6 months. Customers must use the service within 6 months from the payment confirmation date, otherwise, it will expire.
Service Process
- Make an appointment.
- Customer service sends the appointment time, route, and service process details.
- The service center contacts the customer the day before the appointment to remind them of the schedule and arrange transportation or self-arrival.
- Register upon arrival.
- Initial examination by the doctor's assistant.
- X-ray examination.
- Detailed examination by the doctor.
- The doctor designs a treatment plan.
- The doctor and assistant discuss the plan with the customer.
- After confirming the plan, the doctor and customer sign it.
- Arrange treatment.
- At the end of the treatment, provide the customer with a detailed bill.
