Developmental Test of Visual Perception – Third Edition (DTVP-3) and The Berry-Buktenica Developmental Test of Visual-Motor Integration(VMI) as standardized assessment tools. The puropose is for assessing children visual percetual concept and eye-hand coordination processing.
The eye-hand coordination, shape discrimination, figure-ground percetion, spatial percetion, ability to copy and draw, and the ability to coordinate visual perception and hand movement. It helps to identify children's special learning and writing needs.
Occupational therapists will explain and interpret the assessment results to let parents understand the strengths and weaknesses on children's ability of learning and writing. We would further provide education and learning suggestions as well as traiing resources and referral as needed.

Grateful Life In-Sen Child Development Centre Terms and Conditions on child development assessment services:

After receiving confirmation email from health.ESDlife, the assessment centre will call customer to schedule the appointment within 2 working days.
Customers must present their identity cards and print the order confirmation letters upon registration.
The assessment service is only valid for two months from the date of purchase. After which, the confirmation letter will not be accepted.
No refund is allowed once the Order has been confirmed.
The offer cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions, discount coupons and cash vouchers.
Under normal circumstances, the medical examination report would be ready in 7-10 working days.
All child development assessment service is not intended to substitute medical diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
