1-2 days before the examination: Eat a light, semi-liquid diet, such as white porridge, noodles, steamed eggs, etc. Avoid: vegetables, fruits, seeded foods (watermelon, dragon fruit, kiwi), whole grains, seafood, etc., and do not eat solid foods. Fasting begins after dinner the night before the examination. Take the laxative as prescribed by your doctor. Do not drive, ride a bicycle, drink alcohol, operate machinery, or make important decisions within 24 hours after the examination.
