Our Female Check Up Plan is suitable for women over the age of 18. Women can be affected by different diseases. Our Female Check Up Plan can effectively evaluate your health status, to understand personal physical conditions, and make appropriate prevention and treatment early.

Our Female Check Up Plan can effectively evaluate your health status, such as Ultrasound scan, cancer marker, electrocardiogram, thinprep test, thyroid function screening, gout screening, diabetes screening, blood lipid screening, renal function Screening and Liver Function Screening, to understand personal physical conditions, and make appropriate prevention and treatment early.

Conte Medical Terms and Conditions:

The confirmation email will be sent to you by emai by health.ESDlife after successful payment. Clients will be informed within 1-2 working days by CONTE MEDICAL.or call for inquiries at 2117 0035.

Age
For customers aged 18 or above

Validity
Health Checkup Package with 6 months validity. Registration must be completed within 6 months, counting from the date of purchase. Reservations are taken one month in advance. Invalid if expires.

Report
Under normal circumstances, all medical reports will be provided within 5 to 12 working days (exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays). A delay in processing the reports due to the following reasons: 1. Specific testing period requested by client, 2. Some items take more times to test

1. Face to face explanation at CONTE MEDICAL
2. Explain report by phone call (Digital Report)
3. Explain report by phone call (Self-pickup)

Mondays to Fridays (9am to 5:30pm)
Saturdays (9am to 2:30pm)

Remarks:

Customers can get one free call or face to face explanation. Otherwise, customers would be charged an additional fee of $200
All medical records will be destroyed after 3 months. Please note an administration fee may be charged $150 for additional copies.
Mailing of reports is at the client's own risk.
All tests are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment. If patients require a referral letter of doctor, will be charged $230 for this service.
