Quality HealthCare is now providing RT-PCR tests to the public. People who are asymptomatic can choose to collect their deep throat saliva samples at home. By using the WHO-approved reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test technology, the test can detect the presence of unique genomic markers of the SARS-CoV-2 virus - the culprits of COVID-19. 

The test includes medical consultation for our doctors to assess the clients’ physical condition and detect the genomic markers of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. This serves as a screening for the risk of COVID-19 infection.

Procedure

  1. After adding the product into the shopping cart, you are required to fill in the shipping address for sample collection courier service. Once payment is confirmed, a confirmation letter will be sent to the customer's email. Quality HealthCare will call the customers during office hours within 2 working days for the date and time of the video consultation. Customers can also call the hotline at 8102 8068 for appointments.
  2. Due to a certain quota limit every day, the date and time of appointment of doctor consultation will be determined and arranged by Quality HealthCare.
  3. Doctor will assess the clients via the online platform. Clinic staff will arrange the sample collection kits for the clients by courier and also book the date and time for sample return through the courier pick-up service.
  4. Clients can collect samples of deep throat saliva in the morning and send the samples back to the laboratories on the same day for testing (please avoid eating/drinking and do not brush your teeth before testing).
  5. The electronic report will be issued in approximately 2 to 3 working days after submitting the sample. The actual date will be based on the actual situation of Quality Healthcare on the day.
  6. The clinic staff will call to notify the test result, and Quality HealthCare will send back the test report (if the test result is negative).

Terms & Conditions

  • Doctor's video consultation is only applicable for people aged 18 or above.
  • For those who have symptoms suggestive of COVID-19 or currently under home quarantine is not applicable to this plan.
  • Once payment is confirmed, a confirmation letter will be sent to the customer's email. Quality HealthCare will call the customers during office hours within 2 working days for the time and location of the appointment. Customers can also call the hotline 8102 8068 for appointments.
  • Please check your body temperature and report at the video consultation.
  • Client must provide a valid address to arrange courier service. If the sample is not collected successfully due to incorrect address, or if the courier was unable to collect the sample at the agreed time due to any changes made by clients without prior notifications, the client will have to pay an additional fee for re- arrangement of a new sample collection.
  • Deep throat saliva collection bottle delivery & sample return courier service only limited to the following areas (coverage is subject to the service provider- Pickupp): Hong Kong Island (except Tai Tam, Repulse Bay, Stanley, Shek O); Kowloon; New Territories (Urban areas only:Tin Shui Wai, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, Kwai Ching, Sham Tseng, Tai Wo Hau, Tsuen Wan, Tai Wai, Sha Tin, Fo Tan, University, Tai Po, Tai Wo, Fanling.   • This product is valid for 1 month, the clients must make an appointment within 1 month (from the date of payment).
  • Neither amendment nor cancellation is allowed once the payment has been confirmed. Also, it neither transferable nor refundable.
  • All tests are not for making medical diagnosis or giving treatment.
  • Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  • In case of disputes, the decisions of Quality HealthCare Medical Services Limited and health.ESDlife shall prevail.

Quality HealthCare – Health check up packages terms and conditions

  • Quality HealthCare will contact the customer within 3 working days after successful payment. Customers can also call hotline at 8100 8138 / Whatsapp 8301 8301 for booking.
  • Customers must present their identity cards and order confirmation letter or email on the appointment day.
  • Physical check up plan is applicable to people aged 18 or above only.
  • Physical check up plan is not applicable on Sunday and Public Holidays.
  • Eye examination is not applicable on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • The plan will be valid for 6 months starting from the date of payment.
  • Check Up Report: After the health check up, it usually takes about 7-14 working days to process the inspection report.  Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.  This time frames are for guidelines only & do not reflect the actual time might be needed (e.g. the timeframe might change depend on the individual test has taken or specific timeslot requested by the customer).
  • Amendment or cancellation is not allowed once the payment is confirmed, and is not transferable and refundable.
  • In case of disputes, the decision of health.ESDlife shall be final.
  • All tests are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment.

 

Quality HealthCare – Vaccination (Flu Vaccine excluded) 

  • Quality HealthCare will contact the customer within 3 working days after successful payment. Customers can also call hotline at 8100 8138 / Whatsapp 8301 8301 for booking.
  • Customers must present their identity cards and order confirmation letter or email on the appointment day.
  • The plan will be valid for 6 months starting from the date of payment.
  • Amendment or cancellation is not allowed once the payment is confirmed, and is not transferable and refundable.
  • Hepatitis antigen and antibody report issued in last 3 months must be presented prior to Hepatitis vaccination. Extra fee for blood test will be applied if you cannot present a valid report.
  • Doctor's consultation is included prior to the 1st dose of vaccine. Doctor’s consultation fee of HK$300 applies if patient is not suitable for the vaccine injection after Doctor's consultation.
  • In case of disputes, the decision of health.ESDlife shall be final.
  • All tests are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment.
  • The provision of any vaccines shall be subject to availability, which may not be guaranteed after the purchase or appointment made. 

  • Vaccination is not applicable to Jordan (Diagnostic & Imaging Centre).

 

Quality HealthCare – Eye Check

  • Quality HealthCare will contact the customer within 3 working days after successful payment. Customers can also call physical check-up hotline at 8100 8138 for booking.
  • The physical check-up plan is available at designated Quality HealthCare Physical Check-up Centres.
  • Customers must present their identity cards and order confirmation letter (printed or e-version) on the appointment day.
  • This product is applicable to people aged 3 or above only. 
  • Physical check-up plan is not applicable on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • The redemption will be valid for 6 months starting from the date of payment.
  • All tests are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment.
  • In case of disputes, the decision of health.ESDlife shall be final.

 

Quality HealthCare – Traditional Chinese Medicine

  • After successful payment, customers can call designed Quality HealthCare Chinese Medicine Centre for appointment during working hours
  • Chinese medicine treatment is applicable at designed Quality HealthCare Chinese Medicine Centre.
  • All treatments are valid for 3 months after purchase.
  • Prior appointment is required and services are non-transferrable.
  • Whole package must be completed in the designated centres and by designated TCM practitioner.
  • If a person aged 18 or younger wishes to receive treatment, the parent or guardian must sign a consent form prior to the treatment.
  • This treatment does not include Chinese herbal medicine for consumption or additional Chinese herbal medicine, which shall be charged separately.
  • This treatment can be used at designated Quality Healthcare Chinese Medicine Centres and prior appointment of at least 2 days in advance by customer after purchase is required:  Kwun Tong Millennium City 5 and Tseung Kwan O Pop Walk 2.
  • The redemption will be valid for 6 months starting from the date of payment.
  • In case of disputes, the decision of health.ESDlife shall be final.
