1. The ticket redemption period is from February 11, 2026, to April 30, 2026 (both dates inclusive).
2. The travel period is from February 23, 2026, to June 30, 2026 (excluding blackout dates), and is subject to seat availability on the selected flights.
3. Blackout period are: March 29 – 8 April 2026, 30 April – 3 May 2026, 18 – 22 June 2026.
4. The ticket redemption is only applicable for booking of an economy class round-trip flight ticket for the destination based on the prize that the eligible customer is entitled in the Promotion (Osaka, Japan) and is subject to seat availability of the preferred travel dates.
5. Passenger must be at the age of 12 or above.
6. Ticket is only applicable for the flight departing from Hong Kong to Osaka and is marketed and operated by Hong Kong Express (UO) / Hong Kong Airline (HX) / Greater Bay Airline (HB). Passengers cannot select the preferred operators and travel time. Redemption is subjected to seat availability of preferred travel dates.
7. A checked-in luggage is included.
8. Ticket price excludes all applicable government and airport taxes/fees/charges, passenger fuel surcharge and carrier surcharges, and additional check-in baggage. The relevant fees and charges should be settled by the passenger.
9. Redemption must be done at least 10 working days before flight departure.

11. Only one redemption code can be used for redemption, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent neither.
12. Any unused services, refund is not applicable and not valid for exchange of other services. Any expired or invalid redemption code will not be re-issued.
13. Once the redemption is confirmed, refund, rebook or amendment is not allowed.
14. You must not store the redemption Code in a data retrieval system outside of this website; or reproduce, copy, change or publish the redemption Code in any form or by any means; or misuse redemption Code. Passenger is advised to check with the latest Government outbound/inbound travel alert or immigration restrictions for both departure/arrival destinations before planning the trip, including but not limited to those measures in relation to COVID-19. Passenger acknowledges that such measures may be adopted rapidly which sometimes occur during the travel.

Delivery Terms:
•The customer using the delivery service must provide correct delivery and contact information for arrangement. If the customer needs to change the order content (such as delivery address, delivery time or purchasing more products, etc.), s/he is required to inform the Company at least 3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) prior to the originally scheduled delivery date and time. The Company will notify the customer of the new delivery date and time as soon as possible. Under no circumstance will the Company be held liable for any advancement or delay of the delivery date.

•If the delivery team of the Company delivers the product according to the address provided by the customer but the recipient refuses to accept the product delivered, the Company reserves the right to charge the customer for the cost of the delivery service.

•Handling costs for landing stairs: There is a need of moving the product up and down the stairs between the parking slot and the delivery building, and/or the delivery building or the flat inside does not have any elevator, or the product cannot fit in the elevator and needs to be transported via stairs. HK$50 each piece each storey. The customer is required to pay the fee to the delivery person in cash at the time of delivery. If the disposal of the old item is required at the same time, two passes will be calculated. Every 15 stairs is a unit of calculation (less than 15 stairs is also counted as one unit).

•Transportation cost of remote area delivery, where vehicles cannot directly reach: Remote areas where vehicles cannot reach directly (150 meters or more from the entrance/exit of the delivery building to the parking slot) and the product must be transported by hand or by handcart to the delivery building. HK$300 each piece. If the disposal of the old item is required in the same way at the same time, two passes will be calculated.

•If no one answers the door on the date of delivery, the delivery fee collected (if applicable) will not be refunded. Delivery fee will be charged again for next-time delivery.

•OTO will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to complete the delivery due to accidents, traffic conditions, weather conditions or other unforeseen reasons. The delivery arrangement will be postponed accordingly.
