Taipei Tickets Terms and Conditions:
1. The Redemption Period for the redemption code is from Now – 30 April 2026 (both days inclusive). 2. Travel Period is from Now – 30 June 2026 (both dates inclusive and including blackout period), and is subject to seat availability on the selected flights. 3. Blackout period is: 13-20 February 2026, 29 Mar – 8 Apr 2026, 30 Apr – 3 May 2026, 18 – 22 Jun 2026 4. The ticket redemption is only applicable for booking of an economy class round-trip flight ticket for the destination based on the prize that the eligible customer is entitled in the Promotion (Taipei) and is subject to seat availability of the preferred travel dates. 5. Passenger must be at the age of 12 or above. 6. Ticket is only applicable for the flight departing from Hong Kong to Taipei and is marketed and operated by Starlux Airlines (JX). Passengers cannot select the preferred operators and travel time. Redemption is subjected to seat availability of preferred travel dates. 7. A checked-in luggage is included. 8. Ticket price excludes all applicable government and airport taxes/fees/charges, passenger fuel surcharge and carrier surcharges, and additional check-in baggage. The relevant fees and charges should be settled by the passenger. 9. Redemption must be done at least 10 working days before flight departure. 10. Report:
Under normal circumstances, all medical reports will be ready around 10-12 working days.
Excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. The explanation time of the waiting report will be extended according to different circumstances (such as the time required for individual test items or the specific time period specified by the customer).

If the customer does not retrieve the report within three months after the physical examination, all the reports will be destroyed and will not be stored. If the customer needs to request additional reports. A copy of the report (within three months after the medical examination), an administrative fee of $200 will be charged. Note: The copy of this report may not be complete.
If you send the report by mail, you must bear the risk of loss and additional postage cost
All physical examinations are not for medical diagnosis or treatment purposes, and if you need to write a doctor's referral letter, an additional fee will be charged.
