In addition to general physical examination, this plan includes:

• Resting ECG, Treadmill
• Blood Test
• Lipid Profile
• Diabetes
• Face to face report interpretation by cardiologist

Checkup Procedure:

• Hong Kong International Cardiology Center will arrange 1st appointment for customer for general physical examination, blood test, lipid profile and diabetes test.
• After 3-4 working days, Hong Kong International Cardiology Center will contact the customer for 2nd appointment for cardiac examination services and explain the inspection report by cardiologist at the same day.
• This transaction is subject to the assessment by doctor for the suitability of cardiac examination services. If a customer is considered not suitable for the examination upon doctor’s consultation, Hong Kong International Cardiology Center will charge the customer a $850 consultation fee and the fee for the completed check up items. The remaining balance will be refunded.

The following are some of the risk factors that may increase the chance of getting coronary heart disease:

• The risk of disease increases with age.
• Men are at a higher risk than women and are prone to heart attacks when they are young.
• People with heart disease, diabetes or high blood pressure in the family medical record have a higher chance of getting the disease.
• Smoking, being overweight, drinking too much alcohol, worrying or nervous.
• Diabetes.
• High blood pressure / high cholesterol.
