1. The Redemption Period for the redemption code is from Now – 30 April 2026 (both days inclusive). 2. Travel Period is from Now – 30 June 2026 (both dates inclusive and including blackout period), and is subject to seat availability on the selected flights. 3. The ticket redemption is only applicable for booking of an economy class round-trip flight ticket for the destination based on the prize that the eligible customer is entitled in the Promotion (Taipei) and is subject to seat availability of the preferred travel dates. 5. Passenger must be at the age of 12 or above. 6. Ticket is only applicable for the flight departing from Hong Kong to Taipei and is marketed and operated by Starlux Airlines (JX). Passengers cannot select the preferred operators and travel time. Redemption is subjected to seat availability of preferred travel dates. 7. A checked-in luggage is included. 8. Ticket price excludes all applicable government and airport taxes/fees/charges, passenger fuel surcharge and carrier surcharges, and additional check-in baggage. The relevant fees and charges should be settled by the passenger. 9. It is recommended to redeem flight tickets at least 3–5 working days before the flight departure. 10. All flight ticket redemptions must be booked through the hutchgo redemption platform at https://campaign.hutchgo.com/zh-hk/home/verify. Only one redemption code can be used for redemption, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent neither. 12. Once the redemption is confirmed, refund, rebook or amendment is not allowed. 14. Passenger is advised to check with the latest Government outbound/inbound travel alert or immigration restrictions for both departure/arrival destinations before planning the trip, including but not limited to those measures in relation to COVID-19. After successful payment, the Customer receives confirmation email from health.ESDlife, check up centre will call the Customer to schedule the appointment within 1-2 working days. In the meantime, Customers can also call check up center hotline 2397 2111 for appointment & inquiries. (Operation hours: Monday to Saturday: 9:00a.m. – 6:30p.m.)
Customers must present their identity cards and print the order confirmation letter on the appointment day.
Starting from 9 June 2025, the health check package's validity has been extended to 6 months from the date of purchase.
No refund is allowed when the Order has been confirmed.
Under normal circumstances, customers could receive the examination report in 7 to 10 working days.
The report will be explained on the phone call by a registered nurse.
All the optional items are not allowed to make changes when the appointment has been made.
All general check up plan/ additional/optional items can only be performed by the same person.
In case of any dispute, the decision of health.ESDlife and Human Health should be final.
For the purchase of the vaccination program, please note the following:
You are not recommended to receive the injection if you are allergic to any component of the vaccine.
If you have physical discomfort or fever on the day of injection, we recommend you to Postpone the injection until you fully recover.
You should consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breast-feeding or immunocompromised or receiving medical treatment (such as chemotherapy, steroids, etc.)
If you are taking drugs but not sure whether to accept the vaccine, it is recommended to consult your doctors or medical staff and to bring along your immunization record.
If you are not suitable to have vaccination after medical staff assessment, you shall pay $300 and the remaining shall reimburse to your account.
