Once this premium item is selected, no change or substitution is permitted for any reason (including fuel surcharges or personal travel reasons).
1. The ticket redemption period is from today until October 30, 2026 (both dates inclusive). 2. The travel period is from today until December 11, 2026 (excluding blackout dates), and is subject to seat availability on the selected flights with stay period of a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days. 3. Blackout period are: 11 Jul – 30 Aug 2026, 24 Sep – 8 Oct 2026, 16–19 Oct 2026, 12–31 Dec 2026. 4. The ticket redemption is only applicable for booking of an economy class round-trip flight ticket for the destination based on the prize that the eligible customer is entitled in the Promotion (Taipei) and is subject to seat availability of the preferred travel dates. 5. Passenger must be at the age of 12 or above. 6. Ticket is only applicable for the flight departing from Hong Kong to Taipei and is marketed and operated by Hong Kong Airline (HX) / Greater Bay Airline (HB). Passengers cannot select the preferred operators and travel time. Redemption is subjected to seat availability of preferred travel dates. 7. A checked-in luggage is included. 8. Ticket price excludes all applicable government and airport taxes/fees/charges, passenger fuel surcharge and carrier surcharges, and additional check-in baggage. Human Health Terms and Conditions on Health Check Services:
After successful payment, the Customer receives confirmation email from health.ESDlife, check up centre will call the Customer to schedule the appointment within 1-2 working days. In the meantime, Customers can also call check up center hotline 2397 2111 for appointment & inquiries. (Operation hours: Monday to Saturday: 9:00a.m. – 6:30p.m.)
Customers must present their identity cards and print the order confirmation letter on the appointment day.
Starting from 9 June 2025, the health check package's validity has been extended to 6 months from the date of purchase.
No refund is allowed when the Order has been confirmed.
Under normal circumstances, customers could receive the examination report in 7 to 10 working days.
The report will be explained on the phone call by a registered nurse.
All the optional items are not allowed to make changes when the appointment has been made.
All general check up plan/ additional/optional items can only be performed by the same person.
In case of any dispute, the decision of health.ESDlife and Human Health should be final.
All physical examinations are not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment purposes. Please be reminded that although the examination results may appear normal on the surface, certain underlying diseases may only manifest at a later time.
Therefore, should you experience any signs or symptoms of illness, you should immediately consult a duly qualified physician for diagnosis and treatment.
This programme is subject to an assessment by medical personnel to determine your suitability to undergo the examination. If, following the assessment, the customer is found to be unsuitable for the examination, an assessment fee of HKD 350 will be payable, and the balance will be refunded.
For the purchase of the vaccination program, please note the following:
You are not recommended to receive the injection if you are allergic to any component of the vaccine.
If you have physical discomfort or fever on the day of injection, we recommend you to Postpone the injection until you fully recover.
You should consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breast-feeding or immunocompromised or receiving medical treatment (such as chemotherapy, steroids, etc.)
If you are taking drugs but not sure whether to accept the vaccine, it is recommended to consult your doctors or medical staff and to bring along your immunization record.
If you are not suitable to have vaccination after medical staff assessment, you shall pay $350 and the remaining shall reimburse to your account.
