- Hong Kong Preschool Fine Motor Developmental Assessment (HK-PFMDA) as standardized assessment tools. The puropose is for assessing children basic hand function， manipulative skills and pre-writing skills.
- Hong Kong Preschool Fine Motor Developmental Assessment (HK-PFMDA) is a set of localized and standardized assessment tools. It provides assessments for children from 0 to 6 years old on fine motor development. It serves as a baseline for training goals and further examinatio non children's fine motor development. Therefore, we can prescribe proper training to improve children's performance in self-care, play and learning.
- Occupational therapists will explain the assessment results in detail, provide education and training suggestions, and suggest appropriate resources and referral as needed.
Grateful Life In-Sen Child Development Centre Terms and Conditions on child development assessment services:
- After receiving confirmation email from health.ESDlife, the assessment centre will call customer to schedule the appointment within 2 working days.
- Customers must present their identity cards and print the order confirmation letters upon registration.
- The assessment service is only valid for two months from the date of purchase. After which, the confirmation letter will not be accepted.
- No refund is allowed once the Order has been confirmed.
- The offer cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions, discount coupons and cash vouchers.
- Under normal circumstances, the medical examination report would be ready in 7-10 working days.
- All child development assessment service is not intended to substitute medical diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
- The child development assessment service does not include individual or group follow-up treatment services.
- No priority services for child that wishes to continue for treatment services.
- Each child can only enjoy the promotion price of assessment service once.
- In case of disputes, Grateful Life In-Sen Child Development Centre and health.ESDlife reserve the right of the final decision.
