Hong Kong Preschool Fine Motor Developmental Assessment (HK-PFMDA) as standardized assessment tools. The puropose is for assessing children basic hand function， manipulative skills and pre-writing skills.
Hong Kong Preschool Fine Motor Developmental Assessment (HK-PFMDA) is a set of localized and standardized assessment tools. It provides assessments for children from 0 to 6 years old on fine motor development. It serves as a baseline for training goals and further examinatio non children's fine motor development. Therefore, we can prescribe proper training to improve children's performance in self-care, play and learning.
Occupational therapists will explain the assessment results in detail, provide education and training suggestions, and suggest appropriate resources and referral as needed.

Grateful Life In-Sen Child Development Centre Terms and Conditions on child development assessment services:

After receiving confirmation email from health.ESDlife, the assessment centre will call customer to schedule the appointment within 2 working days.
Customers must present their identity cards and print the order confirmation letters upon registration.
The assessment service is only valid for two months from the date of purchase. After which, the confirmation letter will not be accepted.
No refund is allowed once the Order has been confirmed.
The offer cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions, discount coupons and cash vouchers.
Under normal circumstances, the medical examination report would be ready in 7-10 working days.
All child development assessment service is not intended to substitute medical diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
