Hong Kong Cardiac Diagnostic Centre will contact customers within 2 working days after successful payment. Customers are also welcomed to call our hotline to schedule the appointment after 1 working day.

The health check plan is not applicable on Sunday and Public Holidays.
The health check plan will be valid for 6 months starting from the date of payment.
Amendment or cancellation is not allowed once the payment is confirmed, and is not transferable and refundable.
Customers must present their identity cards and show the order confirmation letter on the appointment day.
All tests are not for purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment.
Doctor consultation fee of HK$300 applies if patient is not suitable for the checkup after doctor consultation. Payment will be refunded to customers after deduction of this consultation fee.
In case of disputes, the decision of health.ESDlife shall be final.
The health check plan is applicable to people aged 18 or above only.
Under normal circumstances, reports could be ready in 7 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holiday). Customers can schedule the appointment for report explanation from this date onward.
Uncollected medical records will be destroyed after 3 months. Please note that administration fee of HK$200 will be charged for additional copies. We make no warranties regarding completeness of report copies.
